Kevin Roberts, chairman of Saatchi & Saatchi and celebrated author, will deliver this year’s commencement address to graduating students from Blackpool and The Fylde College.

He will speak to more than 1000 higher education students and their guests as they mark the successful completion of foundation and honours level degrees with a graduation ceremony at the Winter Gardens on 7 July.

With international renown for a positive and inspirational leadership style, Kevin Roberts advises national organisations and global brands. His 2016 book is 64 Shots: Leadership in a Crazy World. Lancaster born and bred, his 50-year business career started with Mary Quant in London in the 1960s before the Middle East in marketing with Gillette and Procter & Gamble. He has been an international CEO with Pepsi-Cola and Saatchi & Saatchi, and best-selling author of Lovemarks: The Future Beyond Brands.

“The four elements to seek in your work life are responsibility, learning, recognition, and joy. Give and receive these every day,” said Kevin ahead of the July 7 graduation.
